We use your information to produce the song, process payment, provide support, send order updates, prevent fraud, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal story or contact information to third parties for advertising.
Completed songs and order records are stored in secured systems. Access is limited to the customer account and authorized administrators who need access to fulfill or support the order.
We may use browser storage to save quiz progress, language choices, and interface preferences so you do not lose your work when you refresh or return to the website.
To protect the website, payments, and customer accounts, we record limited technical data including IP address, country code when available, browser user-agent, device category, visited path, and security events. This data is used for fraud prevention, rate limiting, and access controls.
On public marketing pages, we may record masked interaction events such as clicks, scrolling, navigation, layout changes, performance metrics, and application errors.
