Sonatly creates personalized songs based on the story, preferences, and style choices you provide. We may use AI-assisted music tools and human production review to prepare the final work. You understand that music is creative and subjective.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit. Personal-use packages grant you the right to share and enjoy the song privately. Commercial distribution or monetization may require a commercial release add-on or separate written permission.
Payments are processed securely through the active payment provider configured for the website. Because each song is custom-made, refunds may depend on production status, revision history, and the package purchased. If you are unhappy with the result, contact support so we can review the order and help resolve the issue.
Standard delivery is usually 3-5 business days unless an express option is selected. Revision availability depends on the package and add-ons purchased. Changes requested after production has started may not always be possible.
